1 Frozen Walnut Burger
1/2 Apple (sliced)
3 Leaves Fresh Basil (julienned)
Handful of Raisins
Cup of Fresh Spinach
1/2 Carrot (shredded)
Sea Salt & Pepper
To begin, warm up a nonstick pan. As it heats up, assemble your salad. Place spinach in a bowl, and top with apples, raisins and carrots. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Next, place frozen Walnut Burger in the pan and cook until you notice it bubbling. Then, flip and brown the other side. Slice the Walnut Burger into thin strips, and place atop the salad. Top with fresh basil and enjoy.
