Start the morning right with this tasty Walnut Burger Egg Muffin… Ingredients: 1 Walnut Burger Patty (thawed and split into two smaller patties) 2 Fried Eggs 4 Slices Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese 2 English Muffin *Makes 2 breakfast sandwiches Directions: First place 2 smaller formed patties in a nonstick pan. Cook to brown both sides. In another pan, fry up two eggs to your liking. Then, to assemble, place the bottom of each English muffin on a separate plate.
